The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the Ohato tram stop which can take you easily to all the important sights around town. it is very close to Chinatown and the port. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean, with fast lifts and free Wi-Fi. The staff are professional and helpful. , the breakfast buffet is decent and included in the room price.

Some guests have complained about the run-down and tiny bathrooms in the hotel.

Had a wonderful New Year stay here. Impressed with their comfortable and spacious rooms equipped with free Wi-Fi and bath amenities. The hotel is conveniently placed just a few steps to the nearest tram stop and easily accessible to various attractions. The free coffee served in the lobby was a nice touch.

The breakfast was not up to the mark and could do with a little more variety. The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.

This hotel's location couldn't be more convenient. With key attractions and shopping centers within walking distance, it was a perfect base for my weekend trip. The breakfast was a highlight - great variety of Japanese and Western options to suit all tastes. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed.

While the hotel was tidy and clean, the interiors could do with an update. The rooms were very small, and it could be a bit of a struggle if you have a lot of luggage. However, for the price, it was still good value for money and a functional place to stay.
